General Policy

If you are returning a product you are not satisfied with, you must notify our customer service department on This is to be done in the (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization page and it can only be done online. You cannot process your return any other way. We are solely an online company and so in order to return any product you must acquire the proper RMA number.

Once you have been approved and have received your RMA number you have 14 days to send the product back to us. If you do not do this promptly your RMA number WILL EXPIRE! And your RMA number will not be reissued.

If you send the product back without the proper RMA number the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

RMA processing times take 2-5 business days and will be processed accordingly providing that the following criteria have been met:

  1. All tags and inside packaging is returned (the original packaging)
  2. There is no damage to the returning product caused by the customer or the carrier.
  3. The return has proper authorization number displayed on the package and is returned within the allotted time period or time approved by customer service.

If you are returning a product you the customer has to check and see if the product is returnable. Certain items that can be purchased on the site are not eligible for a return.

If you meet all criteria for the RMA you can be refunded for the product amount upon request. You will be refunded less any discounts, shipping cost(s), and the restocking fee.

It takes 2 business days to process your refund and, an additional 2-5 business day for the monies to reflect into your account.

All requests for an exchange still constitute as a RMA and must be done online.

All clearance items are non-returnable. All sale(s) of clearance items are final.

Hair Return / Exchange Policy


For Wigs, half wigs, ponytail, request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Electric Return Policy

For All electrical appliances, request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

All electrical appliances carry a full manufacturer's warranty. All manufacturer warranties will be passed on to the customer.


Nail / Chemical / Cosmetic Return Policy

For all nail, chemical and cosmetic items request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Any cosmetic item that is found defective or damaged must be reported to immediately within 3 days by contacting our customer service.


Accessory Return Policy

For accessory items request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you have received a damaged/ missing item you must notify within 3 days. This must be done through customer service.



Defective Policy


If you have received a defective product you must contact our customer service department within 10 days of the receiving the product. Note* (We strongly recommend that you examine the product upon receipt.)

Once we receive defective the item(s) our return department will inspect all item(s) and if the item(s), is found defective we will either reship out a new item or issue you credit back to your original account. However if our return department finds any item(s) damaged due to customer's fault then we will charge the appropriate restocking fee and/or send the item back to customer.

Limited Return Policy
