Return Policy and Instructions
1. Items returns/exchange will not be accepted without return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. Contact us to before return it : PrimeHairDepot@gmail.com or call at 1-267-648-8334 Any items without a RMA# on the box will be marked "Return to Sender" and will come back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
3. There is a 20% restocking charge for all returns/exchange. If you are returning a product that you are not satisfied with you must have all tags and the original packaging that was delivered to you. If you do not have these items then we do not accept any returns.
4. Complete the return/exchange reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return/exchange package.
5. Before sending your return/exchange shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Return/Exchange Rules and Restrictions
1. For the international order of return/exchange or refusal of package, you are responsible for sending and returning/exchange shipping rate. Also, you are responsible for any taxes and duties and process fees which may be incurred by returning or refusal of package.
2. All return/exchange shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
3. To receive credit, Items must be returned to us within 15 days of purchase.
4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 5 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift retur ns will be issued to the original purchaser.
5. You will be refunded the return/exchange shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
6. We have right to refuse the returning/exchang merchandise if we suspect the returned/exchange merchandise has been used or not original package status. When your return cannot be accepted for a refund and you must be responsible for shipping fee to send the return package back to you. If you refuse to be responsible for the shipping fee, we will dispose the return/exchange package.
7. We cannot refund/exchange shipping/handling and you are responsible for the returning/exchange shipping rate.
8. We do not accept returns/exchange for discontinued items, clearance, special order or wholesale sales.
9. You must include the return/exchange portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
10. If you return/exchange any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping savings associated with the returned/exchange items will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return/exchange was due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please email at PrimeHairDepot@gmail.com immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
